We offer a 14-day money back guarantee to ensure you have the best experience possible. If you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us right away and we will be happy to help you solve your problem! Please read the entire page carefully, each product may have different refund policies.

We do not accept returns after the 14-day period, so please contact us as soon as possible so that you can receive a full refund!

How to make a return?
Simply fill out our contact form or email us at info@healthypets.it with your order number. Once the product has been received and verified, we will refund the amount paid! (Refunds can take up to 5 days to process, depending on the creditor). The returned product must be undamaged and sealed.

You are responsible for shipping the item to be returned and the costs involved.

IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED?

If you have received defective and/or damaged merchandise, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please remember to include your order number, photographs of the items, and any references regarding the receipt of the package, and in accordance with our money back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

 

WHAT IF MY ULTIMATE GOOSE GETS DAMAGED AFTER A FEW DAYS OF USE BY MY DOG?

Our warranty covers the transport of the item, ensuring that the Ultimate Goose is delivered in pristine condition and free of damage. However, it is important to note that durability over time depends on several factors, including how often your dog uses it, its size, and the condition of its teeth. Because of this variability, we cannot offer returns or refunds after the product has been damaged.

 

HOW CAN I RETURN THE RELAX PET SOFA OR REFRESHING SOFA?

Return Conditions: Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with our products. To provide the best shopping experience, please read our return policy carefully:

  1. Sealed Product: The product must be returned in its original sealed packaging.

  2. Intact Conditions: The dog couch must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

Withdrawal Policy: Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. However, for hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for sealed dog couches once the seal has been broken unless the product:

  • Is defective.
  • Does not match the description (objective and clearly visible reasons).
  • Has been sent a wrong color or size.

Return Procedure: If the product meets the return conditions mentioned above, contact us within the 14-day period to initiate the return process. The refund will be processed once the returned product is received and verified.




HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel your order at info@healthypets.it. Remember to enter your order number and the change and/or cancellation you wish to make, later you will receive confirmation of the transaction, if possible to make it. Orders already packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
