We are very proud of our team of highly skilled designers who work with our state-of-the-art technology to create personalized and unique clothing for our customers.
Customization is one of our strengths and we believe it is an incredibly important option for anyone who wants to express their individuality through their clothing style. Thanks to our advanced technology, Kromaverse offers the ability to customize the design of our clothing through 2 types of personalization:
- Soft Personalization: happens directly within our site, you just click on "Personalize design" and you can choose the product variants you like best.
N.B. if you add a variant other than the main one to the cart but on the cart you don't see it right away, don't worry, wait a few seconds and refresh the page so that the variant you selected will appear.
- Full Personalization: put your creativity to the test! You can let us know by email or via WhatsApp the idea of image/phrase you would like to put on your item and our designers will make it for you; we ask you to be very detailed about the characteristics of the image in order to get a graphic representation true to your description.
Once you have chosen color and size and sent us the detailed description of your image and the position of it (Front/Back), our designers will process 8 different image ideas in 2 days, which we will send to you on Whatsapp/Email/Instagram. If you are satisfied with one of them then we can forward the order to logistics to print your idea, but if you want to make further changes you can still let us know and we will immediately cater to your creative needs.
As soon as you have decided on the customisation you want, you can directly pay the neutral and unique 'Full Customisation T-shirt' item which you can find in all collections, so that we can process and dispatch your customised order.
