1. Sealed Product: The product must be returned in its original sealed packaging.
2. Intact Conditions: The dog couch must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

Withdrawal Policy:
Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. However, for hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for sealed dog couches once the seal has been broken unless the product:

• Is defective.
• Does not match the description (objective and clearly visible reasons).
• Has been sent in the wrong color or size.
